Now I'm sure not as many people list on Armslist as a handful of years ago as it got pricey. I also look with the E-Classifieds (an Eastman thing) , Guns Tennessee (all free but not many listings), and Gun Owners Club (lots of listings but seems like mostly the Nashville area). Even the Eastern KY Armslist hasnt experienced a posting in 3 days. Boone NC has a total of fifteen listings. Even Roanoke VA is bare bones lately. I dont thoughts traveling to buy a gun that I want, and I made many trips to Knoxville over the years which is almost two hrs away. But any farther than that and its like daily trip-lol. Nashville is four hours from me. two
I attribute it towards the favorable SCOTUS decisions and easing laws, the election whilst favorable too wasn’t the main driver with this craze starting over a year in the past as rulings began to have effects. With the pricing drop, flippers went away and owner sellers are less inclined to sell. Had the election long gone one other way, All those holding would have sold into the anxiety raise…so barring a worry driver…don’t anticipate it to change much within the next couple years.
